  • Three Lock States for Maximum Versatility

    • Docked / Unlocked: The bracket’s integrated hooks guide the base into place and act as cleats to hold accessories securely, so you can let go while everything stays positioned.

    • Coarse Lock: Push and twist the knob to overcome the spring and engage the T-stud. The knob interacts with the T-stud through an o-ring interface, providing smooth stiction and holding the T-stud in the locked position. The POM retainer ensures smooth movement and long-term durability. In this state, the spring force alone keeps the bracket secure, which is sufficient for most applications. To disengage, simply twist the knob loose to release, letting the spring return the T-stud to its hidden position.

    • Total Lock: Tighten the knob further to apply more torque than the o-ring stiction, pulling the T-stud extremely tight for high-vibration environments such as mobile applications. Releasing is just as simple: loosen the knob until the o-ring stiction is met, and the spring returns the T-stud to its hidden position. Even then, the bracket remains held in place by the passive lead-in hooks.
